Ok, so I officially feel OLD. AS. DIRT. I met this beautiful young woman when she was only a young girl of 10 or 11 years old. Fast forward (lightening speed) 8 years and I'm meeting with her and her sweet mama at our session planning consultation! WHAT?! Don't tell me it really happens that fast...I don't think my mama heart can bear it.

We had the most incredible September morning together at Hartwood Acres exploring, experimenting and talking all about her interests and future. Sometimes I feel like sessions with my senior clients are therapeutic and cathartic in so many ways- the laughing, the human connection and really hearing everything that is said. Something that seems to lack in our modern world of technology is that beautiful, symbiotic art of conversation- it's true food for the spirit.
